Help! She's moving furniture.

Makena has taken to moving furniture. It started with the furniture in her room, now she can move two dining room chairs at a time, and yesterday we caught her trying to moving her climbing structure into Fins' chair. Here's the problem: Earlier this week her dad caught her climbing up into the dining room chairs. She hasn't put it together but soon, she will be able to climb anywhere. Does anyone have experience with this, or have suggestions? Do we Velcro the chairs to the table? It is not that she is left unattended often but if she moves quickly this could be seriously dangerous. Help - suggestions are needed.
